CINE5. Worked as the General Director for Programming. Launched new thematic channels (Sports channel SUPERSPORT, kids channel MAXITV, Turkish movies channel GALATV, music channel VIVATV and PLAYBOY TV) and started the first multi-channel platform of Turkey called MULTICANAL. Cine5 exceeded 550.000 subs in this period. Developed plans to enlarge the platform and to go Digital.

Established the company MULTICHANNEL DEVELOPERS (MCD) with his partners and acted as Director. The company exclusively represents about 40 channels including MTV, Eurosport, National Geographic, Nickelodeon, Euronews, Sky News...
Carried out the localization operation of NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC CHANNEL.
2005-06
In MCD, developed NICKELODEON TURKEY TV channel Project and launched the channel on analogue cable in May 2005. Organised the Turkish versioning of EUROSPORT and EUROSPORT2 in the space of one month and the channels begun broadcast on 31 December 2005. Developed MTV TURKEY Project and carried the initial set up.
2006-
Established ALTINSAY FILMWORKS.

Worked as the Executive Board Member of Pan European tour operator TURSEM and airliner SUNWAYS. The group sponsored Turkish National Football teams during Euro'96 and several football clubs in Sweden, Norway, Turkey and Finland.

Lived in London and followed closely the developments in football clubs and business. Was a seasonal ticket holder of Fulham FC.

Darüşşafaka Sports Club. Plays in Turkish Basketball League and European Basketball Cups. Board Member.

Beşiktaş Jimnastik Kulübü. One of the three leading Istanbul clubs in Turkey. Founded in 1903.
Elected Member of th Board of Directors. Was in charge of the Sponsorships and Marketing Department as well as participating in the administration of the football department and transfers. Football team played in the Champions League.

Beşiktaş Jimnastik Kulübü. Re-elected to the Board.
Continued previous duties and became a member of the Executive Committee. Football team won the title in their 100th year and played on the Champions League and reached up to the quarter finals in the UEFA Cup.
Although his seat on the Board was certain, choose not to participate in the 2004 Elections.
